1.  First determine the case type you have and wish to assign: Minor Impact and Soft Tissue Analysis, Automotive Component Failure or Fire, or General Case Assignment. Click on the appropriate form below and save it to your hard drive.

2.  Fill-out the form to your best ability and fax or mail to Impact General. If you have photos that need analysis as part of the assignment, do not fax them. Please mail them; faxes will not provide the detail required.

3.  If you have documents that need analysis with the assignment and they are electronic files, you may wish to go directly to our Client Sign-on & Assignment Uploads section in the left menu and electronically send the assignment form with your file documents via our secured FTP.

Minor Impact Soft Tissue: This request is for cases that involve low impact and bodily injury claims. Our analysis will determine the speeds, forces and an expert opinion as to whether or not the impact and the claimed injury is consistent with today’s understanding of human tolerance to injury in minor vehicle collisions. Fill out the request form and forward the documentation for this case. Once received, the assigned expert will phone you with a verbal presentation of his findings and a written report can be generated with your authorization.

Vehicle Component Failure and Fires: This request is for cases that involve vehicle component failure (i.e. brakes, steering, tires, transmission, etc.) and vehicle fires. Based on location and case type, your case will be assigned an appropriate expert to determine the cause of the particular auto loss. Once the case has been analyzed, the expert will phone you with a verbal presentation of his findings and a written report can be generated with your authorization.

General Assignment: All other case types can be assigned by filling out our General Assignment request form. Please fill out this form with as much detail as you can and attach any pertinent documentation. Our Director of Operations will review the request and begin the expert selection and assignment process. The selected expert will phone you to further discuss the case and ensure a complete understanding of scope and effective communications.
